Security guarantee

Based on our values and way of working, some specific conditions help ensure security in collaboration with AMBIZZION:

We are never better than our last completed assignment. Therefore, we evaluate all our completed assignments through ongoing follow-ups with customers and candidates.

We provide a minimum 3-month 100% guarantee on completed recruitments. This means that if either the candidate or the company terminates the collaboration during the guarantee period—regardless of the reason—we will refill the position at no additional cost.

Leo Brosbøl Sørensen

Director/Partner

Leo has an extensive and varied career as both an employee and self-employed.

As a young man, Leo was going to be an upper secondary school teacher, studying Danish and Physical Education at the University of Copenhagen. After a number of years teaching in primary, secondary and university schools, he switched to the world of advertising. He started as a copywriter and consultant at Berg & Lyhne in Copenhagen. A few years later, he became senior consultant and project manager at NP Grey in Egå, then marketing manager at Eriksen Erhvervsejendomme in Aarhus, and the next many years as marketing manager, contact manager and owner/director at L&P, HC Gruppen and Markant Kommunikation.

Sales, marketing, management, HR and teaching are the focal points of a very exciting career where Leo has spent the last 12 years working with HR in different ways and levels. For Mercuri Urval as a consultant, as center manager at JobDK, sales manager at SoftAdvice, manager at Karrierecoach and as a partner at Eliterekruttering, where he has worked exclusively with recruitment, headhunting and executive search.

In between all this, Leo spent 4 ½ years living in the USA (New York and Boston), where he focused on dance and culture, which he brought back to Denmark by starting the country’s 2nd largest school in Copenhagen and for many years teaching and choreographing countless places in Denmark and the Nordic countries.

Leo is certified in the analysis and development tools IPA Nordic personality analysis and Thomas International (DISC) and is also a certified Mentor and has worked extensively with MBTI.

The many tasks have given Leo great insight into Danish business, public institutions and organizations and not least – a large and active network.

“You can do anything you set your mind to, even if it sometimes approaches the impossible” is a motto Leo has lived by for most of his life – and he intends to continue to do so!

Peder Vester Henriksen

Director/Partner

Peder has a sales and commercial education supplemented with an MSc in management and marketing as well as intensive management training in e.g. Coop.

He has been involved in the development and implementation of several leadership, competence training and development programs.

Peder is also certified in recruitment, competence and team development tools from IPA Nordic, Master MPA, BELBIN and Discover(DiSC).

Peder has many years of experience in several industries and disciplines, with primary experience and focus on sales, management and business development. Experience and skills have been gained in large and small organizations and companies at home and abroad and with contact and interface at many levels.

Peder has worked as commercial director, director, sales manager, regional manager and training consultant.
In the more than 10 years Peder has worked with search, he has conducted search and recruited across a wide range of disciplines, and in his previous management roles (in several industries and corporate cultures) he has handled a wide range of recruitment and organizational tasks.

Peder also has extensive practical experience in implementing team/organizational and personal competence development. This includes developing and building, teaching and facilitating strategy, team and competence development programs and processes.

Contributing to candidates being and being quite clear about themselves and the company being fully aware of “how unique we are” is what fills Peder with energy. In addition, the great motivating factor for Peder, in his daily work as a motivated and effective consultant and business partner, is of course to create a super match between company and manager/specialist, as a strong basis for pursuing strategy and creating results in and for the company.

Lars Bøgelund

Director/Partner

In recent years, Lars has primarily worked with executive search of board members and managers and search for managers and specialists.

Lars has an education as cand. merc. in international commercial economics from the University of Southern Denmark. In addition, Lars has a diploma in interest-based negotiation techniques.

For recruitment purposes, Lars is certified in test tools from Master Management (MPA, ACE) and IPA Nordic (personality analysis).

Since 1990, Lars has developed competencies in strategy and business development, recruitment, organizational development, management, sales and marketing, market analysis, concept and product development, development and sale of consultancy services, and entrepreneurship.

Lars’ business background comes from working in major Danish companies such as DONG Energy, SE, Energi Fyn and Waoo! and major international pharmaceutical groups such as Hoechst Denmark and Leo Pharma. Lars has worked as an independent partner and consultant, marketing manager, sales manager, marketing manager, marketing manager, international market analysis manager, and business development manager and has been part of several management teams. Through his work, Lars has helped build/develop companies with leading market positions within energy and telecom, among others.

Lars is idea-generating, business and solution-oriented, structured and a committed team player in relation to colleagues and business partners. Accountability, persistence and independence are other characteristics.
