Security guarantee
Based on our values and way of working, some specific conditions help ensure security in collaboration with AMBIZZION:
We are never better than our last completed assignment. Therefore, we evaluate all our completed assignments through ongoing follow-ups with customers and candidates.
We provide a minimum 3-month 100% guarantee on completed recruitments. This means that if a candidate or company stops working with us during the guarantee period – for whatever reason – we will fill the position without any fee.
