Samtidig viser b\u00e5de erfaring fra praksis og analyser fra blandt andet Jobindex, at mange ingeni\u00f8rer er tilfredse i deres nuv\u00e6rende job og derfor ikke aktivt s\u00f8ger nyt.<\/p><p>Denne tendens g\u00f8r sig g\u00e6ldende p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af brancher og fagomr\u00e5der \u2013 fra tekniske specialister og udviklingsmilj\u00f8er til produktions-, energi- og infrastrukturtunge organisationer. For virksomheder betyder det, at rekruttering af ingeni\u00f8rer kr\u00e6ver en mere nuanceret tilgang end traditionelle jobopslag.<\/p><p><strong>Work-life balance er allerede p\u00e5 plads<\/strong><\/p><p>For mange ingeni\u00f8rer fungerer balancen mellem arbejde og fritid allerede godt. Fleksibilitet, mulighed for hjemmearbejde og stabile rammer er en integreret del af hverdagen \u2013 uanset branche.<\/p><p>Det betyder, at et nyt job sj\u00e6ldent vurderes p\u00e5, om balancen kan forbedres, men derimod p\u00e5, om den kan bevares. Hvis balancen risikerer at blive forringet, vil et jobskifte ofte blive fravalgt, uanset \u00f8vrige muligheder.<\/p><p><strong>Faglige opgaver og projekter er den prim\u00e6re drivkraft<\/strong><\/p><p>N\u00e5r ingeni\u00f8rer overvejer et jobskifte, er det f\u00f8rst og fremmest indholdet i arbejdet, der motiverer. Faglig kompleksitet, sp\u00e6ndende opgaver og projekter samt mulighed for indflydelse og udvikling vejer tungt i beslutningen.<\/p><p>Disse faktorer g\u00e5r igen bredt p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af tekniske discipliner og brancher. Derfor bliver rekruttering f\u00f8rst rigtig effektiv, n\u00e5r dialogen tager udgangspunkt i den konkrete rolle og den kontekst, kandidaten skal indg\u00e5 i \u2013 frem for generelle beskrivelser og brede stillingsopslag.<\/p><p><strong>Team og kontekst betyder mere end overordnet branche<\/strong><\/p><p>En tydelig tendens er, at ingeni\u00f8rer i h\u00f8jere grad interesserer sig for teamets faglighed og sammens\u00e6tning, ledelsesstil og samarbejdsform samt projekternes karakter og form\u00e5l.<\/p><p>Det stiller krav til rekrutteringsprocessen, som skal kunne give et pr\u00e6cist og \u00e6rligt billede af arbejdskonteksten \u2013 uanset om der er tale om byggeri, industri, teknologi, energi eller andre tekniske milj\u00f8er.<\/p><p><strong>Et arbejdsmarked i bev\u00e6gelse \u2013 ogs\u00e5 blandt tilfredse ingeni\u00f8rer<\/strong><\/p><p>Analyser viser, at ingeni\u00f8rer generelt er tilfredse og stabile i deres nuv\u00e6rende job, peger nyere brancherapporter p\u00e5, at dele af markedet samtidig er pr\u00e6get af betydelig bev\u00e6gelse.<\/p><p>Blandt r\u00e5dgivende ingeni\u00f8rvirksomheder har medarbejderoms\u00e6tningen eksempelvis v\u00e6ret historisk h\u00f8j i de seneste \u00e5r, samtidig med at besk\u00e6ftigelsen er steget markant. Det viser sig faktisk under perioden 2022-24 at hver femte r\u00e5dgivende ingeni\u00f8r har skiftet job. Det indikerer, at mange virksomheder aktivt ans\u00e6tter og udvider \u2013 s\u00e6rligt inden for omr\u00e5der som energi, infrastruktur, b\u00e6redygtighed og teknisk r\u00e5dgivning.<\/p><p>Opg\u00f8relser over jobskifte blandt ingeni\u00f8rer viser desuden, at mobiliteten ikke er j\u00e6vnt fordelt. Den er koncentreret i bestemte brancher med h\u00f8j eftersp\u00f8rgsel, mens andre ingeni\u00f8rgrupper er mere stabile og bliver l\u00e6ngere i deres stillinger.<\/p><p>Det nuancerer billedet:<\/p><p>Ingeni\u00f8rer skifter sj\u00e6ldent job, fordi de er utilfredse.<br \/>Men i et marked med h\u00f8j aktivitet og kompetencemangel bliver selv tilfredse kandidater relevante for rekruttering.<\/p><p><strong>De bedste kandidater skal findes \u2013 ikke ventes p\u00e5<\/strong><\/p><p>Mange ingeni\u00f8rer ser ikke sig selv skifte job i den n\u00e6rmeste fremtid. De er ofte stabile, tilfredse og selvbevidste i deres valg.<\/p><p>Det betyder, at de mest relevante profiler sj\u00e6ldent reagerer p\u00e5 et jobopslag.
