AMBIZZION values confidentiality and protection of personal data very highly, and it is our intention always to process such data securely and correctly. It is therefore essential for us to protect the personal data of our candidates and other business partners in accordance with the rules in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and L 68 of May 17, 2018 (Data Protection Act).

AMBIZZION is the data controller for processing the personal data you provide us with in connection with recruitment or consultancy tasks and when you send us your CV and other unsolicited personal data.

Data processors

The following companies process data and personal data for which we are the data controller. We have therefore obtained data processing agreements with them.

  • Master Danmark og ipa NORDIC behandler data og personoplysninger for os i forbindelse med test af kandidater.
  • nCASE manages and maintains our IT system.

Categories of personal data

AMBIZZION collects and processes this general personal data:

  • Name, address, postcode, city, phone, email, LinkedIn url, CV, diplomas and course certificates and photo

The purpose and legal basis for using your personal data

Information is collected solely for the purpose of carrying out recruitment and consulting tasks agreed with our customers, who are companies geographically located in Denmark. Commonly available information is collected through standard public sources – other information typically comes from you.

About disclosure/further processing of your data

Your personal information is stored safely and securely. The information is only shared with the companies we are recruiting for – and then only with your explicit consent.

Data security with us

Strict procedures and security measures protect our systems from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data that we store.

Among other things, we have the following organizational and technical measures:

  • Restricting access to personal data, allowing access only where necessary
  • Non-disclosure agreements with staff who need to process personal data
  • Guide to the secure processing of personal data for staff with access to administration systems
  • The data you send to us on the website is sent via a system that complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Updated firewall
  • Updated software

Your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation

In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights.

You always have the right to request that:

  • receive information about why we process your personal data
  • access the personal data that we handle related to you
  • get incorrect personal data corrected

You always have the right to:

  • have your personal data deleted – unless it has been archived as a result of a recruitment process where you have been hired by our customer. In this case, we need your data for the warranty period that we have agreed with the customer in question.
  • object to our processing of your personal data

If you would like to exercise your rights, you can always contact our Data Protection Officer.

Storage of your personal data

We delete personal data as soon as it is no longer relevant and always after 12 months at the latest.

How can I complain about your processing of my personal data?

If you are dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data and we have rejected your complaint for good reason, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency:
